This policy applies to The Atelier OS at ateliercouncil.com.
The Atelier OS collects only the data you voluntarily provide: garment information, photographs, body measurements, wear session logs, and trip itineraries. We do not track browsing behavior, sell data to third parties, or deploy advertising trackers. Your sartorial archive is treated with the same confidentiality as a private banking relationship.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Garment images are stored in access-controlled storage with per-principal isolation. Authentication tokens are managed by the platform identity service and never exposed to client-side code beyond the authenticated session.
Seven layers of content protection are deployed: right-click disabled, text selection locked, image drag protection, view source obstruction, content fingerprinting via invisible metadata, CSS copy protection, and canonical URL enforcement. These measures protect your garment photographs and sartorial analysis from unauthorized reproduction.
Your data is retained for the duration of your active membership. Upon cancellation, a 30-day grace period allows for data export in structured JSON format. After this period, all personal data, including garment images and vector profiles, is permanently deleted.
No third party has access to your wardrobe data. The AI analysis is performed by the Sartorial Director, a language model operating under our data processing agreement. Your garment data is never used to train external models. Estate staff access is controlled by you through explicit role assignment.
You may request a complete data export, correction of any stored information, or permanent deletion at any time. Requests are fulfilled within 72 hours. Contact your concierge channel or submit a request through the application interface.
