By activating a membership, you agree to an annual commitment billed in advance. Three tiers are offered: The Atelier ($990/year), The Maison ($4,990/year), and The Sovereign ($25,000/year). Each tier grants access to a defined set of features as described on the pricing page. No monthly billing option is available.
The Atelier OS is intended for personal sartorial management. You may not use the platform to catalog goods for resale without a Sovereign tier membership, scrape or extract the brand lineage database, reproduce the 5D vector methodology for commercial purposes, or share your account credentials with non-authorized individuals.
The 5D vector system, the sprezzatura friction coefficient, the Sartorial Director persona, and all editorial content are proprietary to The Atelier OS. Garment photographs uploaded by you remain your intellectual property. The vector analysis generated from your garments is jointly owned for the duration of your membership.
Annual memberships may be cancelled at any time with continued access until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription if no garment has been added to the wardrobe. Beyond this period, membership fees are non-refundable.
The Atelier OS provides sartorial analysis and recommendations. These are advisory in nature and do not constitute professional tailoring advice. The platform is not liable for alteration outcomes, fabric damage, or sartorial decisions made based on AI recommendations. The Sartorial Director operates at temperature 0.3 and its output should be evaluated with discernment.
These terms may be revised with 30 days notice. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
